1, process flow:
Grassroots clean-up → Positioning and lay-out → Leveling layer construction → Stone protection → Window-sill installation
2, construction points:
Grassroots cleanup: Clean up the window silt dirt, floating dust, etc. to meet the requirements of the construction conditions. If there is oil on the surface, use a 10% fire alkali water brush, and use clean water to wash away the alkali liquor.
Positioning and laying line: According to the design requirements, the height and position of the window frame, the height and position line of the window sill, the height of the heating cover, and the position of the heating cover. When the installation is complete, the leveling should be uniform so that there is no difference in elevation.
Leveling layer construction: The leveling layer is leveled with 1:2.5 cement mortar, and the leveling thickness is 20mm. Before the leveling layer is applied, water and wet first.
Stone protection treatment: After the stone surface should be fully dried, use the stone protection agent to protect the back of the stone and the four sides of the cut. The use of protective agents for stone facades should be based on design requirements. The process must be carried out in a non-polluting environment. The protective agent is applied to the surface of the stone. Window sill installation: The installation sill plate should check the specifications of the stone and install it in different rooms according to the different stone number. When installed, the elevation, position, and wall size meet the requirements.
Third, product protection
1. When installing the stone window sill plate and heating cover, the completed engineering items shall be protected, and the finished products such as ground, window holes and corners shall not be damaged due to the operation.
2. The sill plate and heating cover should be properly stored so that the wood products will not be exposed to the tide, and the metal products will not rust and stones. The village will not be damaged and free from pollution.
