The stone base should be treated before the stone is laid. The ground floor of the paving stone must be the cement floor of cement mortar or concrete. Ground dirt should be cleaned first before paving. The smooth ground should be chiseled, or 20% 107 cement mortar should be kneaded on the ground into a pull-like bonding layer. The control line should be ejected to the ground before laying. When you wire, find the center point based on the length and width of the room. Pop the two vertical positioning lines with the center point as the core, and then move the positioning line to the sides according to the stone specifications. Two standard plates are laid on the diagonal of the positioning line as the control model for the elevation.
The seam when the wire is used should be controlled at about 1 mm, and the height should be controlled according to the wire when laying. The stone board should be made of dry hard mortar, and the market is now ready to sell. It can also be used in the current humidity to hold the group and the floor. The mortar should be mixed according to the volume ratio of cement: sand=1:3. When paving, first brush a layer of cement slurry on the ground, then use dry hard mortar to lay it again. The width should be 20 mm larger than the stone, and the thickness should be 40 mm higher than the elevation. The mortar is smoothed with an iron trowel. Place the stone on the vertical and horizontal lines and use a rubber hammer or a wooden hammer to gently cover the surface of the stone from the center to the four sides to vibrate the mortar.
Immediately after paving the stone, the level should be corrected with a level gauge. When there is any gap or unevenness, lift the stone and level the mortar again. The mortar should not be filled at the bottom until the stone surface matches the elevation line. After the stone surface is aligned with the elevation line, the stone is lifted, the surface of the mortar is poured with 5 mm of cement slurry, and then the stone is officially laid, tamped with a leather hammer and leveled with the level. Paving should be laid one by one and then laid out on both sides or along the line.
After the stone paving is completed, it should be watered for 2~3 days. The maintenance method generally adopts the method of watering and curing, so that the surface of the stone is in a damp state, and the plate is firmly bonded to the ground. After curing, the ground should be polished as a whole and then grouted with a thin cement mortar. After filling, the surface cement slurry should be cleaned in time to prevent contamination of the surface layer of the stone. Finally, thoroughly clean the floor and wax it.
