　　 processing and production are divided into five steps:

 

　　1, draw the mold. According to the design requirements, draw the parquet pattern on the drawing paper, copy it on the three plywood with carbon paper, and indicate the stone type of each pattern. According to the connection direction between the patterns, write a number to prevent chaos. Then use a sharp knife to cut out the graphic mold piece by piece along the lines of the pattern. The cut-off line must be vertical, not oblique, and the arc angle must not move.

 

　　2, accurate material selection, pre-width cutting. There are red, white, black and other colored stones in the mosaic pattern. There are shades of the same color. When selecting the material, it is necessary to accurately select the slate with clear texture, fine grain, pure and consistent color, and no cracks according to the requirements of the drawing. According to the shape and specifications of the mold, it is accurately carved on the selected stones, and the selection part is divided and cut one by one. When cutting, there must be a machining allowance on the periphery, and the pre-width is 1-2mm to prepare for remedy.

 

　　3. Carefully run in, group and stick together. Slowly grind the reserved part of the cut patterned stone until the connecting line is in line. Use a small amount of glue to hold the position, and then use strong glue to glue the pieces into the overall pattern. When bonding, it is divided into several groups depending on the connection of each small pattern. First, the center is run-in and glued, and then they are run-in and glued separately, then group and group are run-in and glued, and finally the frame is run-in and glued, so that the splicing is methodical and ergonomic Fast, good quality, not easy to move.

 

　　4. Toning seeping through the seam, netting reinforcement. After the overall pattern is glued, use epoxy resin, stone powder, and color materials to mix and color. When the color is absolutely similar to the stone color, add a small amount of drier to mix and quickly penetrate into the gaps of each connection. Scratch the pigment on the surface. Spread the fiber gauze, sprinkle with stone powder and pour resin, and smooth it evenly, so that the gauze and the slate are bonded.

 

　　 5. Grinding and polishing. Put the glued parquet slab on the grinding table steadily, and polish it smoothly, without sand road, and polish with wax.
